Biofield Tuning - is a sound therapy method that provides targeted nervous system relaxation which can alleviate a wide range of health issues. I use tuning forks to comb through disruptions in your cellular body and biofield. These disruptions often accumulate from physical and emotional traumas of life, zapping our energy and capacity to move forward in a healthy way.
I also use forks and crystal bowls for chakra balancing. I explain the work as we move through your session, so you will leave feeling more informed, aware of your energetic needs, with a lighter sense of being.
Bowen Therapy is offered on the comfortably clothed client. It is a specific set of moves done in a cross fiber manner to open energy to flow and allow messages to be sent along nerve pathways.
As a Bowen Therapist I facilitate body awareness. The focus is to shift and release energy, bringing you to a state of total relaxation. I have found it to be very effective for sciatica sufferers. The balancing effect on the body provides long lasting pain relief for chronic conditions and is recommend as tried and true pain relief remedy for Fibromyalgia in 10/99 issue of Prevention Magazine.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience. Generally I incorporate 5-15 minutes of this work in my 90 minute Integrative Therapy, however, a full session may be requested.
This offering is custom made for a group up to 10 people (add $25 per person over 10). Space will need to be provided and guests bring their own yoga mats, blankets and pillows as needed for comfort.
A 90 minute restorative yoga and sound healing for up to 20 people is a wonderful workshop type experience and designed around lunar phases, the energy of the season and group intention.
